Picturelife downloaded a file that can't be opened on a mac, when trying to download an album. When retrying to download I got a zip file that contained only some of the pictures from the album. (Even though I did not select any photos in the album before downloading). I have tried to select no photo before downloading, and I have tried to select all photos before downloading- no luck either way.
The instructions, above, are wrong. There is no "Info" menu on the page for the album I want to download. That's download, not upload. I've emailed "support" twice and cannot get an answer...
I don't have any trouble finding the option to download an album (or any selected group of files). It's on the right hand side, the slide out menu, big Download link.
My concern is more with the fact that no matter how much I try to download at once, it simply never works. The zip 'finishes' downloading, but is always short of the number of files I tried to download. I try to download 184, it gets 40. I try to download 12, it gets 9. I haven't tried it, but I assume that trying to get 2 would only get 1, since that's the only available option for screwing it up.
